Prior to joining iHabitat operation in China, Johnny worked with a number of architectural design companies specializing in master planning and mixed-use development projects. Johnny joined iHabitat in 2007, and has been working on a number of significant projects such as GM China campus projects in Shanghai and a number of retail projects.
Johnny is responsible for managing corporate office and retail projects, from concept design to construction document and construction supervision stage. Johnny has a broad understanding in local design institute practice and local building codes and regulation in China. He accumulated through working on numerous challenging and complex projects with iHabitat.
During his recent years with iHabitat, Johnny has also designed a number of projects with LEED (Green Building Concept) certification, from silver to gold level. Having experience in green building design projects allows Johnny to understand energy efficient design as well as good and efficient office and working environments.
Johnny is one of iHabitat Project Directors, managing some of our major projects in China. He is also our senior associate in charge of project management in our office.
